Nourishing Yellow Daal

Sunday is my designated day to cook for the week ahead. It is honestly a lifesaver. If I’m working in clinic, doing Instagram, or looking after kids (or Mr Bowl 😆), knowing that I already have dinner made is such a relief. And this daal recipe is ideal for prepping for the week ahead. You can make a big batch and have it for lunch and dinner. Serve it with some naan, rice or have it is a soup - either way it’s the most nourishing and comforting meal ever.
